Ljubomir Nakjevski began his musical education at the primary and high school DMBUC Ilija Nikolovski – Lui, in Skopje, in the class of professor Vlado Stankovski and Janko Penov. He graduated at the New Bulgarian University in Sofia, at the department of Classical Music, specializing in classical guitar, in the class of the professor Dimitar Doichinov.

Ljubomir participated and won awards in many classical guitar competitions and festivals within the country and abroad.
Some of them are the following:

  • Second prize at the 42 nd  National Competition in Skopje in 2004;
  • First place in the national festival – competition “С крилете на музиката” (On the Wings of Music) in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2007;
  • First place at the 13 th international competition for classic guitar Acad. Marin Goleminov, in Kyustendil, Bulgaria in 2009;
  • Second prize at the international festival Goce Delchev, in Goce Delchev, Bulgaria, in 2009;
  • First prize at 8 Balkan classic guitar competitions in Velingrad, Bulgaria, in 2009.

During his musical education he attended many master class seminars held by world renowned guitarists like:

  • Active seminars: Dimitar Doychinov, Eva Fampas, Rafael Andia;
  • Passive seminars: Judicael Perroy, Gabriel Bianco, Liviu Georgescu, Petrit Ceku, Martha Masters, Fabio Zanon, Thomas Offermann, Stefan Schmidt, Marko Feri, Gerhard Reichenbach;

Since 2011 he is a classical guitar teacher at DMBUC „Ilija Nikolovski – Luj“ – Skopje. His students actively participate in the regional festivals and classical guitar competitions where they have won many national and international awards. He is also a chairman of the association of guitarists Bastet, and an organizer of the SKOPJE GUITAR FESTIVAL.
