His great talent was soon discovered, as only a few months after beginning his musical education (guitar), he gave his first public performance recording for the national radio. He graduated top of his Master’s degree class at the Faculty for Music in Belgrade, where he also started working on his PhD.<\/p>\n Besides his regular studies, he also attended classes with some of the most distinguished world teachers, such as Alirio Diaz, Alexandre Lagoya, Du\u0161an Bogdanovi\u0107, Roland Dyens, Manuel Barrueco, \u00c1lvaro Pierri, Roberto Aussel, David Russell, Costas Cotsiolis, Hubert K\u00e4ppel and others.<\/p>\n He has won numerous awards at both national and international competitions.<\/p>\n During his concert career, which began immediately after he started playing guitar, he ga\u0432e hundreds of soloist and chamber orchestra concerts. First as an up-and-coming talent, and later as a mature musician of \u201cinspired and masterful interpretations\u201d, Ani\u0107 has taken part in a great number of important concerts throughout the world (Europe and America).<\/p>\n Besides a rich career as a soloist, he has had great success as a chamber musician as well, performing in many chamber ensambles with both domestic and foreign musicians (guitar-flute, guitar-piano, guitar-violin, guitar-vocals). He is currently an active member of the duo Mushkalica with accordion player Nenad Jubenovi\u0107, member of the quintet Super Nova Group, he is working on the art project Un viaggio with one of the most famous tenors of the present, Zoran Todorovi\u0107, and he is half of the duo Guitaneon with the world-famous bandoneonist Aleksandar Nikola.<\/p>\n He has performed with some of the leading symphony, chamber, and revue orchestras (the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra, the RTB Symphony Orchestra, the St. George Strings Chamber Orchestra, the Du\u0161an Skovran String Orchestra, the Belgrade String Quartet, the Plovdiv Philharmonic Orchestra etc.). Besides the classical works for guitar (J. Rodrigo, H. V. Lobos, A. Vivaldi, M. Giuliani, M. Ponce, A. Piazzolla, V. Trajkovi\u0107 etc.), Ani\u0107 has also performed Bach’s Harpsichord Concerto No. 5 in F minor, BWV 1056 for the first time arranged for guitar and orchestra.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_gallery admin_label=”Gallery” fullwidth=”off” show_title_and_caption=”off” show_pagination=”off” background_layout=”light” gallery_ids=”4919,4920,1282,1281″ auto=”off” hover_overlay_color=”rgba(255,255,255,0.9)” caption_font_size=”14″ caption_all_caps=”off” title_font_size=”16″ use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#636363″ border_style=”solid” border_width=”3px” posts_number=”8″] He has done many audio and video recordings.<\/p>\n Ani\u0107 teaches at the Dr. Vojislav Vu\u010dkovi\u0107 Music Scool in Belgrade, and is a visiting teacher at the Academy of Art, at the Slobomir P University, a docent at the Music Academy in Sarajevo and an active mentor and jury member at many international festivals and competitions.
